We offer a 100% refund for all tours cancelled 30 days prior to the scheduled date of tour.
In the event that the tour provider is for any reason unable to satisfy the tickets, or cancels the tour, customers may receive a full 100% refund up to 14 days after the cancelled tours.
Tourocity is not responsible for tours missed due to any actions of the customer.
